Leland Burchmore, otherwise known by his stage name Lando Burch, is a songwriter, producer, audio engineer and DJ. He grew up in the small town of Telluride, CO where he began producing in high school. Leland was always creative throughout childhood exploring different outlets and ways to express himself. His first job was as a production assistant for the local TV station which snowballed into a love for film. While working as a video editor, cinematographer, and sound designer throughout high school and college, he was also creating and writing music. Leland went to the University of Colorado at Boulder and earned a Bachelors of Fine Art degree in film focusing mainly on sound editing and sound design. While at CU Boulder, Lelands own music project “Lando Burch” began to gain traction. He was playing shows in the Denver and Boulder area from the iconic Fox Theatre and Boulder Theater, playing the Underground Music Showcase festival two years in a row, and even headlining his own show at Lost Lake Lounge. After earning multiple spots on Spotify editorial playlists, Leland decided to move to Los Angeles, California to pursue music and audio engineering full time. Leland now resides in Los Angeles producing, playing music at local shows and events, and doing freelance production and film work.
